The role involves serving as a technical expert for Compliance Domain systems development and leading reputed company projects while providing analytical and advisory support services.

Responsibilities

• Independently or as a Team Leader, serves as a technical expert for Compliance Domain systems development and undertakes technically reputed company projects/studies requiring coordination across functional lines service-wide
• Develops or assists other developers with software applications for the PC/Server/Web portal environment, using languages and technologies such as Java, J2EE, XML, HTML, SOAP, SQL, DB2, reputed company, other object oriented language and/or other Web technologies. This includes understanding reputed company, creating, compiling, executing, testing, and debugging programs, functions, and objects
• Is an expert senior technical advisor and Team Leader providing the full reputed company of analytical and advisory support services, including the recommendation of programs and policies. Provides guidance and assistance on the entire reputed company of technical issues, especially in development program areas
• Evaluates and interprets comprehensive systemic change requests and makes recommendations to management
• Plans, organizes, and/or leads corporate or large-scale studies, projects, or team efforts which include other subject matter specialists, and involves highly technical computer issues

Skills

• A college or university degree generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. reputed company

• Specialized experience for this position includes: Leading or coordinating IT projects, application-reputed company efforts, operational initiatives, or system-reputed company activities that reputed company multiple users, teams, programs, or business processes
• Applying advanced IT principles, concepts, methods, and practices to evaluate requirements; resolve technical issues; guide system, application, or code testing and configuration reputed company; and ensure technical documentation and federal cybersecurity, privacy, or regulatory requirements are addressed
• Engaging customers, stakeholders, users, product or business owners, and technical teams to define business or technical requirements, communicate technical impacts, and guide delivery of secure, reliable, scalable IT solutions
• Evaluating system, service, or application performance, availability, reliability, reputed company controls, usability, and operational effectiveness; identifying risks, issues, defects, or gaps; and leading corrective actions or improvement efforts

• Demonstrating subject matter expert (SME)-level proficiency in programming language such as Java or Python, including development of backend services, automation, integrations, or conversational application logic
• Troubleshooting and resolving reputed company system integration, application reliability, authentication, speech processing, or performance issues across interconnected platforms
• Applying DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, version control, and agile software development practices in reputed company environments
• Minimum age for federal employment is 18 years old, or at least 16 years old and have: Graduated from high school or been awarded a certificate equivalent to graduating from high school; or Completed a formal vocational training program; or Received a statement from school authorities agreeing with your preference for employment rather than continuing your education
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National and reputed company reputed company of U.S. Citizenship
