As an Operational reputed company Consultant, you will be a core member of a global team, responsible for deploying improvement initiatives and developing capabilities in Operational reputed company across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and reputed company best-in-class website hosting for MPS
• Design, implement, and manage MPS learning and training ecosystem, working with reputed company and vendors

• reputed company projects and cross functional initiatives to improve business processes, reduce cost, and enhance quality and performance reputed company
• Deliver belt level training programs both in person and virtually, while mentoring and coaching teams to embed reputed company improvement capabilities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant business process improvement experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant business process improvement experience
• Advanced technology acumen, including practical experience with AI-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, and reputed company web/site hosting platforms to support scalable process improvement and knowledge delivery
• Leading reputed company Improvement in a transactional space, such as sales & marketing, staff functions
• Advanced knowledge of business improvement methodologies, with certification (Green Belt or higher, or equivalent) and applied experience in one or more areas such as Lean, Six reputed company, RedX, Agile, and/or Design Thinking
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with demonstrated reputed company leading training courses and workshops both in person and virtually for diverse audiences
• Hands-on experience applying Operational reputed company methodologies, combined with strong project management capabilities, to reputed company initiatives from concept through sustainable implementation
• Strong change management, coaching, and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to influence and drive adoption without direct authority across diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to translate reputed company concepts into clear, compelling messages, including developing structured communications, learning materials, and capability building content
• Advanced certification in business improvement methodologies (Black Belt or Master Black Belt preferred), with demonstrated application in reputed company or cross functional environments
• Solid financial acumen, with experience integrating reputed company improvement initiatives to deliver measurable cost, quality, and performance reputed company
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–75%, varying based on project scope and business initiatives
