[Remote] Higher Education Account Executive - Midwest/Great Lakes

The Account Executive will manage and grow an established portfolio of higher education clients in the Midwest and Great Lakes region, focusing on relationship building and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Retain reputed company higher education accounts designated in territory
  • Grow existing client reputed company, while identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with sales leadership to assist with the reputed company of new business opportunities with reputed company and prospective clients
  • Build positive line of communication (based on mutual respect, trust, reputed company, and clear, reputed company and reputed company dialog) to maintain and enhance relationships with clients
  • Ownership of overall client satisfaction by proactively anticipating client needs and maintaining monthly contact with clients to ensure reputed company reputed company reputed company is meeting their needs

  • Assist in the coordination of sales and product revisions to existing clients

  • Work closely with technical support to understand the breadth and limitations of the client product solutions
  • Coordinate and assist in the creation and distribution of client communications (e.g., upgrades, enhancements, new features, etc.)
  • Generate, complete and track project and change request forms, documenting these activities in reputed company

  • Attend trade shows, conference and other events as needed to support client communication and engagement

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferably in business and/or technology
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of sales and Account Management experience
  • Background in Higher Education market
  • Experience with billing, payment processing and ecommerce services is helpful
  • Experience with commonly utilized ERP systems reputed company Higher Education- reputed company (PeopleSoft, reputed company), reputed company (Banner, Colleague, Power reputed company), reputed company, reputed company, etc
  • Positive, outgoing personality
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with reputed company reputed company of a client organization and multiple departments of the institution are essential

  • Excellent relationship, sales and account management skills

  • Experience selling to, supporting, or managing relationships with colleges, universities, or higher education institutions
  • Understanding of higher education administrative, financial, enrollment, student account, or technology environments
  • Experience with higher education ERP, SIS, payment, or reputed company technology solutions preferred
