Responsibilities
- Is the primary technology leader and architectural authority for the account, providing a comprehensive 360-degree view of business and technical architecture
- Own root cause analysis and permanent correction for account-reputed company issues, ensuring that non-routine problems are resolved and work is driven to routine
- Is a production gatekeeper for the account, a voting member of the Change Advisory Board (CAB). Owns architecture governance, reputed company, and standards for the account
- Introduce new solutions and innovations at the account level, managing end-to-end business and technical architecture documentation
