[Remote] Account Manager

This role involves building relationships with existing customers, managing an expansion sales pipeline, and ensuring reputed company through strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion sales growth as well as account health and strong retention in your dedicated territory book of business
- Conduct tailored account reviews to understand client needs and align our software as the best fit solution to their operations
- You rely heavily on product usage reporting and account behavior to identify areas of both growth and risk in your accounts
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities using a consultative sales approach from initial contact through contract reputed company
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Support and reputed company teams to ensure an effective customer reputed company
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly reputed company and retention targets and KPIs
- reputed company CRM (e.g. reputed company) updated with accurate opportunity details and client interactions
- Stay up to date on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitor activity
Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS/software Account Management or reputed company, with a focus on post-sale growth through cross-sell, upsell, and expansion (B2B preferred)
- Proven track record of driving reputed company growth reputed company existing accounts, including consistently exceeding expansion and retention targets
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and identify growth opportunities
- Strong ability to understand technical products and translate their value to non-technical stakeholders, while monitoring account health and proactively addressing risks or opportunities
- Proficient with CRM and customer engagement tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) to manage pipeline and customer activity
- Highly self-motivated with strong time management and prioritization skills, especially in managing multiple accounts and initiatives concurrently
- Solid understanding of SaaS metrics and business models (ARR, MRR, churn, NRR, LTV, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to travel on a quarterly reputed company to represent reputed company at industry events, trade shows, user conferences, and regional client meetings as required
- Experience in the property management vertical is a plus, but not required
