[Remote] Senior Business Systems Analyst

This role involves leading business requirements gathering, translating those into functional specifications, and serving as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project reputed company.
Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and actionable deliverables for technical teams
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and project delivery teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle
- Support solution design by validating business requirements and ensuring proposed solutions meet business objectives
- Manage requirements traceability, documentation, and change control
- Collaborate with QA and business teams to define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Identify and communicate project risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to project leadership
