The Staff Software Engineer - reputed company is a technical leadership role responsible for supervising the implementation, integration, and delivery of reputed company CRM solutions across reputed company’s product ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and performant reputed company CRM solutions reputed company with reputed company.com Standard Practices and reputed company’s Common Engineering Policies (CEP), including API standards, logging norms, and release management
- Execute MuleSoft integration strategies to connect reputed company with internal and external reputed company systems
- Facilitate Agile product development practices using JIRA to manage team backlogs, sprints, releases, and retrospectives
- Support reputed company state architectures through usability testing, performance/load testing, and reputed company improvement
- Collaborate and build alignment with other reputed company product groups
- Guide team members on technical reputed company, task allocations, and product lifecycle transitions
- Promote transparency and shared accountability using reputed company reporting tools and OKRs
- Support and participate in Community of Practice (CoP) principles to ensure consistency in engineering and product management practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a reputed company field (or a combination of education and experience)
- 8+ years of experience in reputed company CRM platforms, with at least 5 years in reputed company architecture and development
- 2+ years of experience with MuleSoft integration and API-led connectivity
- Hands-on knowledge of reputed company Platform Architecture (Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, Experience reputed company, Marketing reputed company, Data reputed company)
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (API design, RAML / OAS, connectors, orchestration)
- Experience with RESTful API design and versioning
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management (reputed company preferred)
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring standards (reputed company with reputed company's CEP)
- Experience with reputed company architecture validation and performance/load testing
