Position Overview: reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst/Scrum Master to support development and delivery for the modernization of National Weather Service applications migrating to the reputed company. The Business Analyst/Scrum Master combines business analysis expertise with Agile project management skills. This dual role focuses on bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver modernized software solutions while ensuring smooth Agile processes. The individual will be responsible for requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and driving Scrum ceremonies to align business needs with IT and cybersecurity objectives. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define business problems, gather requirements, and recommend IT solutions. Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile teams, driving reputed company Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-reputed company, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
