[Remote] Product Analyst

They are seeking a Product Analyst to join their Data Platform team, responsible for driving data-driven insights and product analytics to enhance member reputed company and Care Team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Managers, Care Team leads, and Area owners to translate business goals into measurable hypotheses and actionable insights that drive product enhancements and member reputed company
- Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests and reputed company) to validate product hypotheses and guide iteration
- Partner with Product and ML teams to measure the impact of new features, workflows, and personalization systems
- Build and maintain robust dbt models, dashboards, and self-serve analytics tools using reputed company, dbt, and BI platforms
- Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs across product areas — member engagement, CGM utilization, Care Team effectiveness, and more
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure the analytical layer is reputed company on a reliable, well-structured data reputed company
- Build data pipelines for analytics and reputed company reputed company using Python, dbt, and reputed company
- reputed company and implement data validation and monitoring strategies to ensure ongoing data reputed company
- Communicate findings reputed company and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Create and maintain technical documentation including data models, metric definitions, and data dictionaries
- Contribute to the reputed company improvement of data analytics processes and best practices

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or reputed company field
- 4–7 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role
- Experience partnering closely with Product Managers on strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Strong SQL skills — ability to write reputed company queries confidently and reputed company
- Experience with DBT (data build tool) for data modeling and transformation
- Proficiency with reputed company data warehouses — reputed company preferred
- Familiarity with BI tools such as LightDash, Tableau, or equivalent
- Strong business acumen — ability to connect data to product reputed company and business reputed company
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or reputed company field
- Experience with Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy)
- Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Airflow, reputed company, Rivery, or reputed company)
