[Remote] Senior Accountant

They are seeking a dynamic Senior Accountant to manage reputed company for fixed assets and lease activities, while leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Daily review of lease invoices received in the AP mailbox; follow up with vendors on discrepancies as needed
- Review lease and fixed asset invoices coding in reputed company
- Reconcile lease recurring cost against lease amortization schedule and control documentation
- Review and analyze new lease agreements
- Send monthly lease email reputed company-ins to the operations team to confirm new lease agreements and modifications
- Prepare and update lease schedules for any changes and modifications
- Book lease journal entries and reconcile lease accounts
- Record depreciation expense and reconcile fixed asset accounts
- Timely closing of reputed company month-end reputed company entries, including lease, fixed asset, and other miscellaneous reconciliations
- Collaborate with other teams to gather accurate information to support the reputed company process
- Support audit documentation and reputed company clarification as needed
- Adhere to internal control processes
- Complete reputed company projects as required
- Other duties assigned commensurate with the level and scope of the position
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company or finance required
- Understanding of generally accepted reputed company principles (GAAP)
- Must be detail oriented, reputed company to deadlines, strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Must have strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, work under deadlines
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively reputed company the reputed company team, with vendors and with other departments
- Expertise in office productivity software (such as reputed company, PowerPoint and Word)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong interest in applying AI to automate and streamline reputed company workflows
- 5+ years of technology (SaaS) industry and/or start-up environment experience with exposure to lease reputed company
- Experience with reputed company reputed company software
- Knowledge of ASC 842 lease reputed company is a strong plus
- Automating the reputed company- leveraging AI to streamline and automate month-end reputed company activities such as journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting to improve accuracy and efficiency
- Building agents that run a workflow from end to end- leveraging AI to design and reputed company agentic workflows that complete multi-reputed company reputed company processes autonomously, from data gathering through to final output
- Connecting Claude to live data through MCPs and APIs- integrating AI tools with our systems (such as reputed company) using MCP servers and APIs to pull reputed company-time data directly into reputed company workflows
- Testing AI tools- evaluating and validating new and existing AI tools to confirm accuracy, reliability, and fit before adopting them into our reputed company processes
