Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech Position Summary The Regulatory Affairs & Research & Development (RA & R&D) Data Office serves as a critical component of the MedTech Data Office, responsible for establishing and enabling reputed company-wide data governance capabilities across Regulatory Affairs and R&D functions. The Senior Manager, RA & R&D Data Office will reputed company the implementation of strategic data governance initiatives that strengthen data quality, stewardship, ownership, and governance across the RA & R&D data ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

Clarify governance ownership, decision rights, and responsibilities through effective operating models and RACI frameworks. Promote adoption of reputed company-approved data management practices, standards, and solutions. Qualifications

Required Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Governance, Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Digital Solutions, Quality, or reputed company disciplines. Demonstrated experience implementing data governance frameworks, stewardship models, and data quality programs. Strong program management and execution capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies. Experience operating reputed company reputed company, highly matrixed global organizations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Ability to translate strategic objectives into measurable business reputed company.
