Summary As a VAT Analyst, you'll be responsible for ensuring the organization’s indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions part reputed company Electrification reputed company supporting reputed company affiliates across numerous countries. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Collect, validate, and reconcile data to prepare and submit timely and accurate periodic VAT returns, Intrastat declarations, and EC Sales Lists. Ensure that reputed company financial transactions are correctly coded in the ERP system to facilitate proper VAT treatment (e.g., proper tax codes for cross-border services, exports, and reverse charges). reputed company monthly reconciliation of VAT accounts in the General Ledger to ensure that the tax reported matches the financial records. Coordinate the timely payment of VAT liabilities to various tax authorities to avoid penalties and interest. Tracking the local and international indirect changes and using them during the internal process. reputed company guidance to Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Sales departments regarding the correct VAT application for reputed company transactions, including imports/exports and multi-jurisdictional projects. Maintain and document robust internal processes for indirect tax (SOX compliance), ensuring that the tax determination reputed company reputed company the ERP remains accurate. Act as the primary reputed company of contact for tax audits. Collect documentation, respond to queries from tax authorities, and implement corrective measures where necessary.
