[Remote] DevOps Engineer II - Remote (U.S. Eastern Time Hours)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company. (DSN) is seeking a DevOps Engineer II to support a federal government client on a long-term engagement. This role involves building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery and operation of mission-critical software systems.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting Angular, Java, and PHP application deployments
- Manage infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
- Support containerization and orchestration efforts using reputed company and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with full stack developers and reputed company QA testers to streamline build, test, and release cycles
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reputed company posture across environments
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving deployment and infrastructure issues
- Support compliance with applicable federal reputed company and configuration management requirements
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response as needed
- Document pipeline configurations, infrastructure changes, and standard operating procedures
Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure automation role
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins, reputed company CI, or Azure DevOps
- Experience with infrastructure as code and configuration management tools
- Working knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (reputed company, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Solid understanding of version control workflows (Git)
- Experience supporting reputed company, on-premises, or hybrid environments
- Must be a U.S. citizen and reputed company to meet client eligibility requirements for a federal engagement
- Must be available to work core hours reputed company to U.S. Eastern Time
- Prior experience supporting federal government or defense-reputed company programs is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with federal reputed company and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, RMF) is a plus
- An active or prior reputed company clearance is not required, but is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred but not required
