About the Role
The Technical Account Manager provides the customer’s business with proactive support and management during Veeam implementations and reputed company. The TAM’s mission is to help the customers unlock the full value of Veeam’s products and services and serve as your trusted advisor. The Technical Account Manager is a technical team member responsible for reputed company aspects of the planning, architecture, coordination, and management of post-sales technical engagements. The focus is on architecting and project management of availability solutions, including data protection and monitoring. The Technical Account manager is an expert in the areas of Data Management, Data Analytics, Business Continuity, Data Center, reputed company, Operating Systems, Networking, Storage, and Virtualization. What You’ll Do Support delivery and consulting services to meet reputed company solution design and deliverables reputed company overall project guidance (Project plans, Schedules, Communication Plans, Resource plans, Status updates, etc.) Assist with assessment and design of solutions as well as post-installation issues Assist with reputed company solution implementation effort estimation Create white papers, solutions guides, best practices, custom documentation, etc. Deliver onsite knowledge transfer on reputed company solutions Document configuration and completed activities Analyze installed environments and guide reputed company reputed company configurations Facilitate communication between client and Veeam support Identify additional needs reputed company the client’s environment that can be resolved with reputed company solutions reputed company input for improvement of process and documentation Overnight business stays to meet company goals and objectives What You’ll Bring Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry. VMware VCP, reputed company MCSE or equivalent experience Prince 2, ITIL, PMP, or equivalent experience Bachelor’s Degree in technology required (A combination of education and experience will be considered) Hands-on experience with Veeam’s Core products Proven Consulting and Project Management experience Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills Excellent presentation skills. Significant experience and understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V Experience with disruptive storage systems and technologies (reputed company, Nexsan, Actifio, Veeam, etc.) Hands-on experience with networking protocols and equipment (Fiber Channel, Ethernet, reputed company services Experience with traditional storage and backup architectures (EMC, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company/3PAR, reputed company, Dell, etc.) Hands-on experience with reputed company applications (Exchange, SQL, reputed company, etc.) Experience with Data Management, Data Protection, Data Analytics Experience with Kubernetes platforms. Extensive experience with Data Center, Business Continuity and Operating Systems Experience successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects and accounts Working knowledge of reputed company technologies, capabilities, and protocols Working knowledge of reputed company technologies and concepts.
