Nurse-RN Telehealth

Performs intake functions pertaining to the documentation of patient medical history. Conducts assessment interviews using virtual technology and inputs data into medical record software such as EPIC Admission Navigator. Collaborates with bedside RNs to acquire and document data and reputed company plan of care. Coordinates and provides care utilizing the critical thinking reputed company reputed company as the nursing process. The nursing process forms the reputed company of the nurse's decision making to help partner with patients/families to attain, maintain and restore health whenever possible.
