Job Title: Remote Desktop Engineer Experience: 3+ years Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Remote Desktop Engineer to design, implement, and support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and remote reputed company solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with platforms such as reputed company, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop, and a strong understanding of end-user computing environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, reputed company, and maintain Remote Desktop / VDI environments. Manage and support platforms such as reputed company Remote Desktop Services (RDS), reputed company Virtual Apps & Desktops, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD). Monitor system performance, availability, and reputed company of virtual desktop environments. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues reputed company to remote reputed company, connectivity, and performance. Configure and manage user profiles, policies, and reputed company controls. Support patching, upgrades, and system maintenance activities. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and reputed company teams to ensure seamless operations. Optimize VDI performance, scalability, and user experience. Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Remote Desktop / VDI engineering or support. Hands-on experience with RDS, reputed company, VMware Horizon, or Azure Virtual Desktop. Strong knowledge of reputed company Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy. Understanding of networking concepts (DNS, VPN, firewalls, load balancing). Experience with user profile management (FSLogix, roaming profiles, etc.). Ability to troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues. Familiarity with monitoring tools and log analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as reputed company, reputed company (CCA/CCP), VMware (VCP). Experience with reputed company-based VDI solutions (Azure/AWS). Knowledge of reputed company best practices in remote reputed company environments. Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.
