Job Description
Responsibility for the planning, coordination and delivery of HR IT projects for well-reputed company clients Leadership of individual project streams or entire programs (e.g. HR transformations, reputed company implementations, rollouts) reputed company collaboration with HR departments, IT teams, reputed company consultants and management stakeholders Structuring and managing project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies and risks Ensuring quality, on-time delivery and clear, transparent communication throughout the project Moderation of workshops, status meetings and decision-making sessions Active contribution to the further development of our HR IT project management standards
Qualifications
