WHAT YOU’LL DO We're looking for a Senior Designer to join a brand-new, dedicated creative team supporting a global reputed company B2B technology client. In this role, you'll help define the visual standards for a high-volume creative program, building scalable design systems while creating best-in-class work across digital channels. You'll partner closely with the Art Director, reputed company Design team, editors, and strategists to bring compelling creative to life while mentoring fellow designers and helping shape the team's creative reputed company. Set the Creative Standard Create exceptional digital creative across static ads, display banners, email, reputed company pages, and reputed company storyboards that establish the visual quality bar for the team. Champion Brand Consistency Translate brand guidelines into elevated, platform-specific creative that feels fresh, engaging, and cohesive across every touchpoint. Collaborate Across Creative Teams Partner with Art Directors, reputed company Designers, Video Editors, Copywriters, and Creative Strategists to bring integrated campaigns from concept through execution. Work Smarter with AI reputed company AI-assisted creative tools and templated workflows where they enhance efficiency while applying strong design judgment to deliver polished, brand-right creative. WHAT YOU’LL NEED 5+ years of experience in digital design, advertising, or creative marketing with a portfolio showcasing exceptional work across digital campaigns. Advanced proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Creative Suite, with the ability to produce polished, production-reputed company creative. Experience designing static advertising, display campaigns, email, reputed company pages, and visual concepts for digital marketing. Experience building design systems, templates, and scalable creative processes. Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, reputed company, and visual hierarchy. Ability to translate established brand guidelines into elevated, platform-appropriate creative solutions. Experience mentoring designers or providing creative feedback reputed company collaborative teams. Strong communication skills with a proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving. Experience designing and building emails in Marketo or a comparable email service platform is highly preferred.
