This role can be located in the US or Canada and will support our sales team in our Food & Beverage vertical which includes our business units, Silverware POS and Arryved. Job Summary The Sales Administrator supports the sales organization by managing administrative processes, maintaining sales systems and data, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This role plays a critical part in enabling the sales team to operate effectively by providing accurate reporting, coordinating processes, and supporting cross-functional communication. Key Responsibilities reputed company administrative and operational support to the sales team and sales leadership Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) to ensure data accuracy and reputed company Process sales orders, reputed company, renewals, and amendments in accordance with company policies Assist with sales reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics Coordinate sales reputed company materials, documentation, and internal resources Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and territory or account assignments Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams on pricing, reputed company, and billing processes Manage sales documentation, templates, and internal knowledge bases Respond to internal inquiries reputed company to sales processes and tools Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or a reputed company role Proficiency with reputed company CRM systems and reputed company Office Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with reputed company
