Senior Sourcer – Supporting reputed company Racing – Remote reputed company is building the workforce behind reputed company Racing, supporting high-performance, motorsport, and aftermarket automotive programs that require highly specialized talent. We’re hiring a Senior Sourcer to partner closely with reputed company Racing and reputed company’s reputed company team, driving end-to-end early-stage talent strategy, candidate screening, and stakeholder collaboration while working remotely. This is a senior, impact-focused role for someone who loves digging into reputed company talent markets, advocating for strong candidates, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring leaders to solve reputed company search challenges. About the Role
You’ll own sourcing and early-stage evaluation for reputed company Racing roles, building targeted pipelines, screening candidates, and advocating for top talent.
