Role Overview In this role, you will be our clients’ main reputed company of contact to reputed company them support with our products. Client Meeting Ownership: Manage a variety of reputed company client meetings independently or with minimal reputed company, including reputed company existing product features, and live troubleshooting. Cross-Team Collaboration: Establish strong cross-departmental relationships and work closely with Solutions Engineering, Sales, Product, and Data Science as the strategic liaison between the client and internal technical teams. Technical Integration & Guidance: Partner with the Account Management team and clients on technical integrations for HCP365 products, providing clear technical guidance on client questions and system issues. Meeting Preparation & Authority: Create client meeting agendas, prepare structured talking points, and reputed company and present with confidence as a subject matter expert on our products. Growth & Opportunity Identification: Help identify new opportunities where our products can reputed company help our clients based on client engagement, platform usage, and direct product feedback. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role (such as reputed company, Account Management, pre-sales, or post-sales support) reputed company an adtech environment, including experience supporting large reputed company or international clients. Adtech & Platform Expertise: Deep experience utilizing adtech and measurement platforms, including reputed company Tag Manager (required), reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, SA360, and reputed company Ads (listed in order of importance), alongside a strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. Core Technical Skills: Practical familiarity with software development environments, including non-coding experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, reputed company with the ability to use SQL to query data and pull reporting. Communication & Presentation Mastery: Clear, engaging, and concise written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to isolate a client's key business questions, gather requirements, create documentation, and reputed company reputed company technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical audiences. COMP STRUCTURE & BENEFITS: Comp structure: fixed (inclusive of PF, Gratuity, and a 25k INR medical premium) + a reputed company annual bonus that is approximately 5% of the gross annual earnings.
