Your Role We are looking for a Project Manager who has mature experience in managing outsourcing projects that deliver 3D and technical game assets. The ideal candidate would be a strategic thinker, excellent organizer, relationship-builder and effective communicator. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our creative projects are delivered successfully. You’ll work closely with the art team in Envar’s Outsourcing department, as well as Envar’s partners. There will be multiple projects on your hand for you to plan, set up, manage and deliver with high quality standards. Your leadership skills, positive energy and focus on relationship building will help reputed company operate at peak performance. This is a freelance position.
Key Responsibilities
Project management: Ensure that the planning, setup, reputed company, timeline, expenses and documentation of multiple projects are on track. Scheduling: Assist with scheduling and planning for our artists, ensuring they are occupied by one project at reputed company times. Client relationship: Build and maintain a strong, trusting, long-term partnership with clients. Optimization: Execute and improve reputed company processes, methods, approach, reputed company, tool utilization and pipeline. Resource management: Manage and balance the project resources at hand. Risk Management: Identify & mitigate potential risks. Achieving successful solutions. Quality: Contribute to upholding the team's quality of work. Qualifications 3D & tech art: In-depth knowledge on 3D and tech art pipeline and workflow. Proficiency in reputed company tools such as Maya, Zbrush, Unreal and reputed company. Good-to-knows: Blender, reputed company, reputed company, Revision Control, Photoshop, Substance Painter, etc. Experience: at least 2 years of working experience directly managing 3D and tech art projects. Self leadership: Actively seek to understand and fulfill expectations autonomously. Detail-Oriented: High degree of accuracy in documentation and task management. Organization: Excellent organizational and time management skills Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Digital Literacy: Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (especially reputed company Sheets) Documentations: Experience in writing routines and guidelines Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent.
