Responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive talent development strategy that aligns workforce capabilities with organizational goals while leading the creation and governance of competency frameworks, skills architecture, employee development programs, and learning strategies that strengthen organizational capability and build a future reputed company workforce. Preferred Qualifications
