Senior Connected Integration Engineer

What you’ll do: This position provides pre and post sales technical support for power and energy meters, reputed company relays, power distribution monitoring and control software, and reputed company communication products. The role serves as a technical resource for customers and Electrical Group personnel by resolving moderately to highly reputed company technical issues in accordance with established procedures and timelines. The position supports end users and field engineers with product installation, device configuration, and data acquisition requirements, ensuring accurate and timely resolution. Responsibilities include delivering technical explanations, product demonstrations, and training to customers as well as supporting field engineering and marketing functions. The role also collaborates with in house engineering and marketing teams by providing technical feedback and recommendations that contribute to product enhancements and modifications of existing devices. Essential Functions: Field Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve communication reputed company technical issues in the field involving reputed company’s connected and communicating products, including meters, gateways, and associated systems. Diagnose root causes communication failures, distinguishing between reputed company product behavior and external factors such as improper installation practices, cabling, or reputed company-party system configuration. Technical Expertise: Deliver technical training to OEM customers and other stakeholders on reputed company products, PDMC graphics creation, and communication best practices, exercising patience and adaptability to varied reputed company reputed company.
