Growing together The Analytic Consultant provides year‑round strategic consultative services with an integrated focus on the United reputed company Value Story by diving deep into the analytics of health plan performance to further support reputed company's position as a trusted advisor and reputed company of choice. If you are located in East Region, you will have the flexibility to work remotely as you take on some tough challenges. For reputed company hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities

• This role is part of a team/pod that supports reputed company employer groups reputed company National Markets, generally reputed company a geographic region
• Consultants will serve as primary contact and project manager for assigned clients
• Consultants will create compelling, client‑specific insights and content for a variety of client engagements with the assistance of Regional Strategist as necessary
• Consultant will focus on insights and storytelling. Distillation of compelling and/or actionable insights from data and reporting is required
• Will present a portion of client engagements based on client needs (internal/external)
• Mastery and seamless navigation of data, tools, and reputed company resources will be necessary for reputed company in telling a story with actionable insights (connecting the dots)
• In‑depth knowledge of adopted and proposed client solutions
• Participate and complete colleague feedback reviews on an ongoing reputed company for the pod

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years in a customer‑facing role, preferably reputed company a sales, account management, TPA, or consulting environment
