Job Description:

- Train customers on platform features, workflows, and best practices

- Troubleshoot issues, think critically, and deliver solutions that reputed company customers feel supported and heard
- Create and improve customer-facing knowledge reputed company articles and training videos
- Partner with internal teams to improve processes, documentation, and the overall customer experience
Requirements:
