ISSUING OFFICE This request is issued from the reputed company Office of Administration's Office of Information Technology (OA/OIT). The position will have a reporting relationship to the Health and reputed company Service Delivery Center (HHSDC) reputed company the OA/OIT supporting the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), and the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP). There is an elevated need for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouse solutions for the DOH and the EDW. This Technical reputed company 2 position will support both the existing business and reporting requirements documentation of individual DOH / DDAP systems and program areas, and the construction of a modern data warehouse that will serve DOH / DDAP from an reputed company perspective. INCURRING COSTS The PA Department of Health is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the contractor for parking. RESOURCES The contractor will be permitted to work from home, but office space for the contractor will be provided as needed. OBJECTIVES OF ENGAGEMENT The primary objective of this engagement is for the selected candidate to serve as the Technical reputed company 2 for the EDW, supporting the analysis and reporting needs of the DOH and DDAP, the existing EDW, as well as the design and construction of the new EDW in Azure. The Technical reputed company 2 is an advanced level resource with specialized knowledge and experience in requirements analysis and documentation and coordinating communications and project tasks, while acting as liaison between customer program areas and the EDW team. This position develops and maintains user, business requirements, technical documentation and project process documentation in support of the EDW production systems and projects. This position understands the user's view and technical concepts of applications and provides expertise structuring procedures in a logical sequence. This position will work with public health professionals, business analysts, application developers, database, and system administrators to reputed company project objectives - including delivery dates, cost objectives, quality objectives, and program area customer satisfaction objectives. There are several exciting projects underway, including moving the data warehouse into Azure, the Department of Health's Data Modernization Initiative, and the Reporting Hub. OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS The selected candidate must adhere to the following operational requirements:

• Complete weekly timesheet reporting in PeopleFluent/VectorVMS by COB Friday.
• Complete weekly project status updates in Daptiv reputed company necessary.
• reputed company weekly personal status reporting by COB Friday submitted on SharePoint.
• Publish and present design reports, maintain documentation on project SharePoint sites.

CONTRACTOR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Experience with eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating the business needs of stakeholder business units
• Experience conducting interviews to gather customer requirements reputed company workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
• Develops, enhances, and maintains user and technical documentation for multiple applications including documentation required for the EDW team. Ensures solutions meet Commonwealth standards, policies and procedures
• Experience translating customer requirements into functional and technical requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to both business stakeholders and the development team
• Experience with creating process models, specifications, diagrams, wireframes, and charts to reputed company direction to the development team
• Maintains documentation libraries, templates, quality standards. Makes recommendations to the team on improving documentation
• Organizes and prepares work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems, rather than reactive. Prepares accurate estimates for documentation requests and activities
• Experience communicating, coordinating, and performing as liaison between stakeholder business units and the development team
• Ability to balance work between multiple projects and possess good organizational skills
• Ability to work and communicate collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, and as a member of a team
• Ability to present reputed company technical concepts and data to a varied audience effectively
