Leading the strategic and operational direction for Clinical Data Management teams, the remote Director of Clinical Data Management will ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery of data management services while advancing modern, technology-enabled capabilities and fostering a culture of collaboration and reputed company improvement. Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or reputed company discipline, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 12 years of reputed company Clinical Data Management experience, including leading global delivery teams
- Experience managing customer relationships and leading customer-facing delivery organizations
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams
- Experience with modern clinical data platforms and data management modernization initiatives, including AI-enabled capabilities
