Health Admin - Internship
This is a remote position. A reputed company Administration Intern will be responsible and have the opportunity to participate in the foundational work of day-to-day reputed company administrative of reputed company ecosystem (comprises of Services, reputed company Mission, Gig Economy, Collaborators and reputed company) in hybrid working mode. Throughout the internship period, you are expected to identify, propose and implement ways to improve the end users experience reputed company aiming at helping care recipients to reputed company more meaningful lives while running the business reputed company. Intern will be reporting directly to Managing Director and reputed company Advisors of reputed company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Operation
- Services
- Runner for mobile reputed company / reputed company, if needed.
- Regularly interact with reputed company Gig Workers throughout the reputed company Resource / Gig Worker Experience reputed company (GWX).
- Training
- To assist with preparing modules / presentation slides for health care training
- To assist with the planning and implementation of reputed company Caregiver Training and other training programs for gig workers and the public.
Sales & Customer Service
- To interact with prospects, customers and clients of reputed company in timely manner.
- To propose for free consultation and up sell reputed company services.
- To explore customer leads and sources and work on various techniques towards funneling to sales.
- To brainstorm and work on reputed company Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
- To propose and implement ways to increase customer satisfaction in reputed company Customer Experience (CX) reputed company.
Health Administration
- To maintain records of medical and office supplies and its stock/inventories.
- To respond in timely manner to reputed company Gig Workers (eg. doctors, nurses, therapist, caregivers) and other reputed company parties (customers, care recipients, beneficiaries, collaborators, vendors).
- Ensure stakeholders reputed company with the reputed company Malaysian reputed company laws and regulations and reputed company of reputed company process, policy or terms and conditions.
Finance
- To prepare and issue quotations, invoices and receipts to customers.
- Maintain customer and care recipient’s medical, billing and payment records and ensure they are kept up to date.
- reputed company records of reputed company expenses and recommend techniques to reduce costs.
Marketing
- To suggest and prepare content for reputed company media to create awareness on health care across generations.
- Capture photos and videos of reputed company services / reputed company / trainings conducted and upload postings to reputed company reputed company media
- Take part in reputed company promotional / exhibition booth.
Requirements
Requirement
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Health Care Administration / Business Management / reputed company Science / Sport Science or reputed company field
- In-depth knowledge of health care regulations and medical terminology will be an added advantage
- Physically fit and reputed company to go mobile with own transportation
