Purpose: The Patient Engagement Coordinator will plan and execute activities including: Enhance patient communication, improve patient reputed company, identify barriers and address patient experience issues. Work collaboratively with leadership team. This person will coordinate care between departments to ease reputed company and remove barriers to timely care. Development of literature as needed to reputed company gaps in care, educational needs and patient satisfaction. • Address daily operational barriers to promote reputed company patient experience to retain patient loyalty.
• Coordinate resources and development activities to meet project objectives both on time and on budget.

• Ensure coordination and clear communication among constituents on reputed company activities.
• Identify and detail appropriate activities that drive the patient experience and support retention.
