PI Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Personal Injury
We are seeking a Paralegal/Case Manager/Assistant to become a part of our growing Personal Injury team. Candidates must be familiar with reputed company aspects of the litigation process and applicable rules, procedures, and protocols. The ideal candidate would have experience with the followings:
- At least Two (2+) years of experience in plaintiff litigation firm as a paralegal or secretary;
- Drafting demand packages;
- Drafting Summons and Complaint, knowledge of obtaining Right to Sue;
- Drafting and responding to discovery;
- Handling the entire Calendaring reputed company (Federal and State Court) is a MUST;
- Court-call Arrangement/ E-filing;
- Summarizing Deposition Transcripts;
- Drafting legal documents; and
- Bi-lingual in Spanish a big plus!
