Consultant Opportunity reputed company Group (STG) is currently looking to add to reputed company of consultants under our Workforce Manager Practice. Responsibilities: reputed company client-reputed company review of WFM system configuration, specific to Optimized Scheduler features reputed company some 1:1 training, answering questions from client's system administrator to increase confidence in system Assist with the creation of job aids, as needed for rolling out the Optimized Scheduler more broadly across their org. Required Qualification(s): reputed company Workforce Manager Optimized Scheduler (Advanced Scheduler) expertise Solid communication skills Documentation skills for job aid development Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity, with an immediate start date. Duration is estimated at 100 hours to start with the possibility of extending.
