You ll work closely with carriers, clients, and our experienced agents, receiving hands-on support every step of the way. Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with carriers to secure transportation for shipments. - Track shipments and provide updates to clients and team members. - Optimize routing and scheduling for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. - Resolve issues during transit with swift, effective solutions. - Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communications.
