. The Senior Logistics Planner will be responsible for analyzing complex logistics challenges, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods from origin to destination. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in supply chain management, advanced analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive logistics and supply chain plans to meet business objectives. Analyze current logistics operations, identify inefficiencies, and recommend strategic improvements. Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, sales, operations) and external partners to ensure seamless integration of logistics functions. Manage and optimize transportation networks, including carrier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring. Implement advanced inventory management strategies to balance stock levels and reduce carrying costs. Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, plan capacity, and identify potential risks within the supply chain. Lead projects focused on implementing new logistics technologies or improving existing systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including trade compliance and safety standards. Mentor junior members of the logistics team and contribute to overall knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or operations. Demonstrated expertise in network design, transportation management, and inventory optimization. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in relevant software (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, ERP/WMS systems, simulation tools). Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives in a fully remote environment. Experience working with global supply chains is highly desirable.
