Role Description We're looking for an Associate-Level Therapist (ACSW, AMFT, or APCC) to join our team on a full-time or part-time remote basis. You'll provide individual, family, and couples therapy via telehealth, supported by a practice that's set up to actually take care of you while you take care of others. One thing to know up front: we move fast. Most new clinicians are fully ramped to a complete caseload within one to two months of joining. That means we need someone who's confident in their clinical skills, comfortable working independently, and ready to step in and carry real work from the start- with all of us in your corner. Caseload structure:

• Full-time: 30+ client hours per week
• Part-time: 20+ client hours per week

Within those caseload expectations, you have real flexibility in how you build your week- mornings, evenings, four-day stretches, whatever lets you stay sustainable in this work over the long haul. Qualifications

Required:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related mental health field
• Must reside in California
• Registered with the California BBS as an AMFT, ACSW, or APCC, in good standing
• Approximately 1,000 hours of direct client contact already completed toward full licensure
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth platforms
• Strong skills providing individual, family, and couples therapy to diverse client populations
• A solid foundation in clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention
• Confident understanding of psychological principles, counseling techniques, and evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Discipline to complete notes within 24 hours of each session. Timely documentation is a non-negotiable part of how we protect quality of care
• The confidence and capacity to step into a full caseload within 1–2 months of starting, while staying engaged with your supervisor and team

Preferred:

• Familiarity with CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other evidence-based treatment modalities
• Bilingual or multicultural counseling experience
• Prior work in private practice or outpatient settings
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to client care
