  • *Qualifications:**

Essential Qualifications:

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously + Previous customer service experience preferred + Knowledge of travel booking systems and software a plus
