Partnership Development Coordinator (Must sit in GA, SC, OH, CO or MI)

Candidates must sit in Georgia, South Carolina, Ohio, Colorado or Michigan. We are an Atlanta-based cause partnership agency working with national nonprofits to help develop social impact partnerships. We are looking for a remote part time manager to support our partnership outreach service. This independent consultant role is the operational lead for assigned outreach campaigns, working with... client-facing account teams to represent national nonprofits/causes. This work is part time and requires availability to work a flexible while stable 15-20 hour per week Monday to Friday schedule supporting campaign outreach implementation cycles and account team communications. Responsibilities • Outreach campaign execution via salesforce for assigned campaigns • Knowledgeable of and able to represent client prospecting and partnership strategy and related messaging • Collaborates with account managers on ongoing and longitudinal prospect messaging to drive prospect engagement • Manages all outreach responses and ongoing email communications and tracks all campaign data • Collaborates to schedule prospect meetings • Conducts research and creates meeting backgrounders • Provides campaign reporting from database • Participates in prospect contact list development • Collaborates with teams to track and share ongoing outreach-related trends, insights and best practices Experience And Skills • Sales experience is critical and previous work in an agency environment is preferred • Salesforce (or alternative CRM and cloud-based system) experience required • Email marketing experience preferred • Successful partnership development campaign execution experience including identifying prospects and delivering responsive follow-up • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to work effectively in remote environments on virtual teams, independently and collaboratively • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Exhibits good judgement and decision-making skills, very strong attention to detail • Maintains discretion and confidential information Apply Job!
