Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead cross‑functional projects that enhance supply‑chain performance, drive customer engagement, and deliver actionable insights through advanced analytics. Operating with minimal supervision, you will design, implement, and refine quantitative solutions that directly influence strategic initiatives and elevate the arenaflex customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end supply‑chain projects that improve service performance, from concept through rollout, ensuring alignment with arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop, test, and deploy quantitative analytical models that support performance dashboards, forecasting, and customer‑experience initiatives.
  • Utilize advanced business‑analysis techniques and database tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI) to extract, cleanse, and transform data into actionable insights.
  • Identify root‑cause drivers of service gaps and propose data‑backed recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross‑departmental teams—including Operations, Technology, Sales, and Finance—to integrate analytical solutions into daily workflows.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations of analytical findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders on a regular cadence.
  • Maintain strong, proactive relationships with internal partners and external customers, acting as a trusted advisor on performance improvement opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously evolve arenaflex’s analytical capabilities.
  • Document project plans, status reports, and post‑implementation reviews to ensure knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience resolving external customer problems, preferably within a logistics or transportation environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business‑software applications, including advanced spreadsheet modeling, database querying, and data‑visualization tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Proven track record of managing projects independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering measurable results.
  • Directly related experience may offset the degree requirement; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MS in Analytics) may offset experience requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

  • Master Export Specialist (MES) certification or equivalent export‑control expertise.
  • Customs Broker License, Certified Export Specialist (CES), or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
  • Quality‑improvement credentials such as Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt), Total Quality Management (TQM), or Quality Development Methodology (QDM).
  • Hands‑on experience coordinating air and ocean shipments, including booking, planning, documentation, and tracking.
  • Familiarity with customs import controls, clearance processes, and international trade compliance.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $5,364.26 – $9,476.86 per month, calibrated to experience, location, and market factors. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may receive:
