Key Responsibilities

  • Field inbound communications: Answer phone calls, respond to general email inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate internal parties with professionalism and speed.
  • Coordinate scheduling: Set up meetings and appointments based on cross‑functional availability for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
  • Organize internal resources: Build, maintain, and continuously improve filing systems, digital repositories, and office supply inventories to keep information easily accessible.
