About the Role

This part‑time position offers a predictable, four‑hour shift from 1 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to balance work with personal commitments while contributing to a mission‑driven organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer requests related to arenaflex’s deposit, loan, and digital banking products.
  • Diagnose issues, provide accurate information, and guide customers through resolution steps, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships by delivering personalized service that reflects arenaflex’s brand values.
  • Prioritize inquiries based on urgency, complexity, and impact, escalating when necessary to maintain service level agreements.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as underwriting, fraud prevention, and technology, facilitating clear communication and swift issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications
