Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve a wide range of issues, from order discrepancies and payment concerns to app glitches and delivery delays.

  • Escalate complex cases to senior support specialists or relevant departments, ensuring timely follow‑up and closure.

  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base by creating and updating support articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.

Essential Qualifications
