The Virtual Receptionist & Data Entry Specialist is the digital front door of arenaflex’s IT and corporate services. Key Responsibilities

  • Mail & Correspondence Management: Sort, scan, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail across the arenaflex campus and satellite locations, ensuring timely delivery and proper tracking.
  • Postage & Mail Account Oversight: Manage postage accounts, monitor mail expenses, and coordinate with vendors to maintain cost‑effective mailing solutions.
  • Office Supplies & Common Area Upkeep: Monitor inventory levels, reorder supplies as needed, and keep shared spaces clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Meeting Coordination: Set up virtual and physical IT meetings, configure audio‑visual equipment, and dismantle setups promptly after sessions conclude.
  • ID Badge Administration: Create, replace, and deactivate employee and visitor badges for the IT department, adhering to security protocols.
  • Reception Desk Coverage: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, greet virtual visitors, and provide courteous assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
