Senior Delivery Manager

What success looks like in this role:

• Leads the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Manages project budgets, ensuring delivery within financial constraints and maximization of profitability metrics.
• Serves as a product and domain expert, defining client requirements and sharing expertise internally and externally.
• Proactively identifies risks, develops mitigation strategies and resolves issues to keep projects on track.
• Serves as primary point of contact for high profile clients, managing relationships and ensuring long-term partnerships.
• Ensures that client needs are understood and met, collaborating cross-functionally to address challenges and provide solutions.
• Engages with senior level stakeholders in client organizations, providing updates, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversees change management efforts within projects, assessing and managing impact on timelines, cost and resources.
• Contributes to efforts to grow accounts by identifying new service opportunities and working with clients to broaden business opportunities.
• Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors in order to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have: BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience #LI-JV1 This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
