Position Overview – Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse & Analytics (Remote)

arenaflex is seeking a visionary leader to head the Global Adversarial Abuse & Analytics function. This senior role blends strategic oversight, advanced analytics, and hands‑on data‑entry expertise to combat malicious activities such as account takeovers, spam, coordinated inauthentic behavior, and emerging threats powered by generative AI. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi‑year roadmap for adversarial abuse detection, mitigation, and analytics across all product lines.
• Team Management: Lead a global, 24×7 team of analysts, data engineers, and product partners; recruit, mentor, and develop top talent.
• Risk Identification & Modeling: Anticipate emerging abuse patterns (e.g., AI‑generated deepfakes, coordinated misinformation) and design proactive detection models.
• Data‑Driven Insights: Oversee the creation of dashboards, KPI reports, and executive briefings that translate raw data into actionable strategy.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to embed safety signals into product features and policy frameworks.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading risk‑mitigation or abuse‑prevention programs at scale.
• Proven track record of designing and deploying data‑driven solutions for large‑volume, high‑velocity data environments.
