Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented individual to join our Global Equity team as a Remote Data Entry Consultant. This entry‑level position is perfect for candidates who are eager to launch a career in equity administration, stock‑plan operations, or related finance functions. You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States (our primary hub for this role is Montana) and collaborate with a diverse, global community of professionals.

In this role you will support the end‑to‑end administration of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans, including Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑option grants. You will also perform data‑quality audits, respond to participant inquiries, and generate ad‑hoc analytics that help keep our equity programs compliant, accurate, and user‑friendly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity‑based LTI plans and stock‑plan purchase programs.
  • Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option matching ratio awards with precision and timeliness.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including exercise, release, and purchase events—to guarantee accurate recording, reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Research, track, and respond to questions from participants, plan administrators, and cross‑functional stakeholders, providing clear and helpful guidance.
  • Support the enrollment and maintenance of equity‑based LTI award delivery processes and stock‑plan purchase activities.
  • Produce ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations, trend analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update equity plan documentation, ensuring that policies, procedures, and system configurations remain current.
  • Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as directed by senior team members, including system testing, data migrations, and project support.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts in plain language.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
  • Basic understanding of HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus) and data‑flow relationships.
  • Customer‑service orientation with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in equity‑plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a closely related discipline.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple equity‑plan instruments such as stock options, PSUs, and RSUs.
  • Familiarity with equity‑plan accounting principles, tax implications, and regulatory compliance (e.g., ASC 718, IFRS 2).
  • Experience using data‑analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar) to generate reports and insights.
  • Prior exposure to global, cross‑functional teams and the ability to work effectively across time zones.

  • Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
