Consultant – Development (BRAZIL) Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil... Responsible for maintaining current development services to the most efficient degree and turnaround times. Position responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support The Company’s Business Units and MFP’s in achieving development targets, maintain Development pipeline and processes to ensure business evolution. Determines work methods for existing development processes. Drives the establishment of performance goals through the Company’s Development pipeline and encourages continuous performance improvement. Under the Company's guidance, manages New Site approvals and relocations process and strategy for the region as well as rolling-out ad-hoc development projects in the region (i.e., Remodels incentives, Company Data base SUBS clean-up, etc.). Support the rollout and maintenance of the market mapping and forecasting tool in the region (Tango). As well as developing new processes and standards for new franchisees, Master Franchisees, etc. (from a development standpoint). Define leasing support and management for the region, particularly for the areas impacting our growth strategy. Ensure franchise agreement renewals, fee/ payment collection, and new FA are being cascaded to the markets properly. Responsible to become thoroughly familiar with and adhere to local laws pertaining to franchise sales and disclosure information. Nurture relationships with Development business Units and MFP’s and support their new store development plans. Act as brand representative for the company. The successful candidate will have: • Language: Portuguese & English required. • Strong negotiation, development and franchise skills and knowledge of local regulations. • Franchise Experience: 3-4 years preferred. • Strong understanding of Real Estate and Leasing. • Ability to prioritize, with strong organizational skills. • Patient and flexible working style. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Strong customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Account Analysis. • Business experience in a corporate structure is required with the associated education requirements.
