Job Summary

As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing timely and effective support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, services, and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's extensive product portfolio, including 20,000 products and 3 catalogues
  • Utilize strong communication skills to resolve customer concerns and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a B2B or order-processing environment
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a must
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
