Job Type and Working Hours

This is a full-time position, and you will work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (EST). As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely and accurate manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Providing detailed product information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Assisting customers with order tracking and status updates, ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey

Job Requirements
