Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee operations across social media support channels, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, to ensure seamless customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the viewer experience, improve customer satisfaction, and increase engagement across our social media platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and consistency in our social media support efforts. - Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize our social media support strategies. - Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including Hulu and Disney+, to provide accurate and timely support to our viewers. - Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, encouraging a customer-centric approach across our social media support teams. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of social media support innovation.

Essential Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in customer support, with a focus on social media support channels. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong emphasis on issue resolution and customer satisfaction. - Experience with performance analysis and data-driven decision-making, including metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in the entertainment industry, with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer platforms. - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including Hulu and Disney+. - Certification in customer service or social media support, such as Hootsuite Social Media Marketing Certification or Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR). - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk. - Strong knowledge of social media marketing and advertising, including paid social media campaigns and influencer partnerships.
