Experienced Customer Experience Associate – Remote Opportunity to Empower Aging Adults

Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll conduct daily outreach via phone, text, and email to engage with members and prospects, driving enrollment and program completion rates. This is a full-time remote role, reporting to our Manager of Member Experience, and offers a competitive compensation package, inclusive work environment, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Conducting daily outreach via phone, text, and email to engage with members and prospects
- Making over 100 outbound calls per day to connect with members and prospects
- Enrolling at least 25% of connected leads into our program
- Ensuring at least 25% of connected members take a class within 1 week of engagement outreach
- Maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to members
- Experience working with CRMs and customer service tools (e.g., Insightly CRM, Zendesk)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle high-volume work
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly absorb new information
Nice to Have
While not required, the following skills and experience would be beneficial:
- Experience working with older adults, either directly or in a related field
- Background in digital health or a related industry
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
